Prior to joining Elevate, Josh spent five years with Eversource Energy supporting compliance programs across both Operations & Planning (O&P) and Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP). His experience includes NERC audit support, compliance program development, internal controls, and large infrastructure modernization projects.
